What You Will Do 

The opportunity:  
 
As a Brand Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of Agoda’s brand, specifically by assisting in the management of our swag store. Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Supporting Swag Store Workflow: Collaborate with the brand management team to ensure the smooth operation of
  • Agoda’s swag store, including managing orders, inventory, and customer inquiries.  
  • Defining Priorities and Objectives: Work closely with the brand management team to help define and prioritize objectives for the swag store, aligning with our brand’s mission and goals.  
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with various stakeholders, including the store administrator, fulfillment house, legal, finance, people’s team, and departmental budget holders.  
  • Meeting Logistics: Organize and provide logistical support for brand-related meetings and initiatives.  
  • Ad-Hoc Administrative Assistance: Offer ad-hoc administrative support to management, contributing to the efficient functioning of the brand team.  

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Able to do the internship from 27th of May to 2nd August 2024 (10-week program). 
  • Currently a 3rd-year or below university student at a respected university. 
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.  
  • A good understanding of MS Office applications.  
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and meet project deadlines effectively.  
  • A balance of the ability to work independently and be a valuable team player.  
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • A willingness to embrace new technologies and a quick learner.
