What You Will Do

• Responsible for invoice receiving (indirect), verify the price compared to booking data in SAP (NLAG), Maintain scrape data input, delivery note issuing process and submit to accounting department.
• Conduct regular physical checks within the warehouse to verify cost accuracy with record and track all expenses related to warehouse operations and transportation with provide monthly cost analysis data to manager. 
• Maintain consumable, stationery and office supplier in logistics department, also maintain and supply to external process (repacking process at LSP warehouse). 
• Prepare and update work instruction (WI) documents for the areas of responsibility. 
• Support new project in warehouse and logistic area. 
• Other assignments from manager.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 
• English communication. 
• Logical thinking. 
• SAP POE knowledge (NLAG). 
• Budget tracking and setup. 
• Ability to coordinate and work with other functions for both internal and external. 
• Decision making in own task area. 
• Communication skills. 
• Basic problem-solving skills.

Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd:

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory. 
 
Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant, we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region. 
 
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on the same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
