The Programme

This internship will expose you to 2 core functions i.e. L&D and Payroll. With the below tasks, the team of supervisors will train you on necessary skills to plan training activities, use advanced formulas in excel (vlookup, if, pivot table etc.) as well as provide basic necessary knowledge in labor law. This experience will pave ways for you to various career path in HR or coordinator roles in any major organizations.

What you will do

  • Preparation of trainings (catering, training materials, and room set up) and post work after trainings (reimbursement and cost allocation)
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Report training completions to Department of Skill Development
  • Deliver contents and maintain Facebook page
  • Support HR Country team on other tasks assigned
  • Payroll calculation for OT and daily wage
  • Update and maintain E-Leave system

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 3rd-4th year students in Business Administration or other related faculties.
  • Fluent in English

  • Photoshop & Video editing would be an advantage
