Internship 2024 - BPS & Audit Manufacturing - Management - Powertrain Solutions

What You Will Do

• Updating and monitoring tasks related to the value stream structure to support Bosch Production System (BPS). 
• Collecting cycle time and processing time data to improve efficiency. 
• Support in assisting in the creation and maintenance of standardized work procedures. 
• Providing support for the S-CIP workshop and reviewing the details of PDCA projects. 
• Support in PGL activities, particularly during the ramp-up phase. 
• Conducting checks and reviews of risk assessments, hazard identification, and environmental aspects. 
• Support Internal/ External Audit (IATF16949, VDA6.3, ISO14001, ISO45001). 
• Coordinating with relevant departments, including the safety department.

Required Skills and Abilities

• A current student in Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical. etc.), business management (supply chain management) or related field. 
• Having background knowledge of industrial manufacturing or supply chain management. 
• Good command in Thai and English. 
• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint. 
• Self-Leadership, time management, prioritization, can-do attitude. 
• Minimum 4 months of internship period.

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory. 
 
Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant, we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region. 
 
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on the same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
