What You Will Do

• Support recruitment process for candidate list recording. 
• Coordinate with plants and Hiring team for newcomers and documents preparation. 
• Interview arrangement and support F2F Interview. 
• Invite hiring managers and related for on-boarding program. 
• Newcomer confirmation and check list. 
• Support Internship Onboard and Off-board at Amata Rayong plant. 
• Preparation payroll data of interns to submit to HRL2. 
• Support other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Working towards a degree in Human Resources, Management or related field. 
• Detail oriented will be an advantage. 
• Good MS Office or equivalent skills. 
• Good communication skills in English language. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Change approach or method to best fit the situation. 
• Minimum 4 months of internship period (starting from March 2024).
