FA - Corporate Financial Advisory Intern

What You Will Do

• Assist core team members to perform due diligence, financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation for M&A transactions. 
• Assist in the preparation of meeting materials including key findings and analysis for discussion with client. 
• Perform client and industry research and analysis and prepare materials to support our pitches and proposals to clients.

Required Skills and Abilities

• 2nd - 3rd year students. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. 
• Strong communication skills both writing and speaking in Thai/English. 
• Strong research and analytical skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
