Customer Service Officer

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate sailing/vessel schedule and support booking to client.
  • Improve client satisfaction and maintain good relationships with key clients.
  • Services the client’s requirements in a timely, accurate and constructive manner.
  • Manage & ensure under Customs regulation and others required for inbound-outbound shipment delivery on the time.
  • Arrange delivery document and send to client.
  • Ability to prioritize based on importance/urgency.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Fresh Graduate or a few years of experience.
  • Good in English and Thai communication, both written and speaking.
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Good problem-solving skills.
