Visual Merchandising Administration - Intern

What You Will Do

Visual Merchandising Administration 
 
VM Payments:

• Manage payments for window displays, including the installation of animations, lightboxes, and pop-ins. 
• Oversea payments for the shipment of VM props through various carriers such as CDC, FedEx, IMT, Bollore, DHL, and Overseas props. 
• Coordinate all shipments related to Window props, install animation props, Pop-in props, Event props, Reorder props, and new launch props.

Logistics Coordination:

• Organize and coordinate shipments with the logistics team. 
• Ensure proper handling of materials and color samples, sending them to Hong Kong and Paris for approval.

Sourcing and Organization:

• Source materials for each VM project. 
• Organize VM props efficiently at the VM warehouse.

Administrative Duties

Reports and Requests: 

• Process administrative reports and manage submissions for managers. 
• Maintain a systematic filing system for payments and records.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to support company initiatives and assist in special projects as assigned.

Financial Coordination:

• Coordinate with the finance department to clarify account codes on a monthly basis.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field. 
• Full-time, 6 months program. 
• Available to work Mon – Fri, 9 am – 6 pm. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
