Entry-Level Account Manager Telecommunication - Fresh Grad Welcome

The Programme

At Ericsson, we are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Account Manager.

This is a proactive role that aims to secure profitable business avenues for the company through an in-depth understanding of our customers' businesses, operations, and objectives.

This role is critical as you will be the nexus between clients and Ericsson, ensuring both parties achieve success and profitable outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Establish, manage, and expand customer relationships to secure further business.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
• Execute insight selling, using your empathetic nature and understanding to meet client needs.
• Understand customer requirements.
• Understand Ericsson solution/proposal to meet customer requirements.
• Support to prepare the Budgetary proposal, BOQ, presentation.
• Internal and External presentation preparation. 

Required Skills and Abilities

Must-haves:

• Computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication.
• Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing).
• Previous commercial/finance/sales experience (0-1 years), including specifically very strong capability to create Presentation / PowerPoint and work in excel.

Nice-to-haves:

• Telecommunication knowledge/background.
• Accounting basic.
