Integration Engineer - Electrical - Fresh Graduate

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join us in Thailand.  
 
You will be responsible for analyzing, preparing, implementing and verifying the configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system. Your scope of work will include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality and capacity.

What You Will Do 

• Perform trouble shooting and customer support activities. 
• Suggest equipment and solutions to technical network problems, to improve customers’ business needs. 
• Carry out business correspondence with customers on projects. 
• Coordinate customer meetings and individual presentations for the communication systems. 
• Prepare reports and presentations to both internal management and customers. 
• Provide mentoring to less experienced members of the team. 
• Work on client requests for support in terms of troubleshooting issues, sudden changes, maintenance, and repair issues.
• Actively participate in reporting and supervising telephony systems, network nodes, and other associated voice equipment.

Required Skills and Abilities 

• You are a recent graduate of 2023. 
• Exposure to system testing and integration experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical/ Electronics & Communication, any other branches which have CS/IT as secondary. 
• Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as having strong interpersonal skills. 
• Self-motivated individual, with excellent confidence working with diverse partner groups. 
• Demonstrated proficiency in writing technical specifications for data extraction and good quality of briefing. 
• Solid understanding and experience in testing intricate systems configuration, and in integrating software and communications protocols involving non-real time settings into system. 
• Experience in integrating telecommunication systems is a valuable asset.
• Proficient in English communication skills.
