Planning Engineer - Fresh Graduate

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join us in Thailand.  
 
You will be responsible for performing network optimization to meet customer KPI´s requirements. The position is applicable for design & optimization of RAN (3G, 4G/VoLTE and 5G). 

You'll be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales establishment and service delivery until customer acceptance.

• Participate in knowledge sharing activities. 
• Collect and document customer requirements. 
• Identify and tackle network issues. 
• Identify and develop automation opportunities. 
• To execute delivery process and propose improvement opportunities within IT.

Required Skills and Abilities

• You are a recent graduate of 2023. 
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT, Telecom). 
• Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as having strong interpersonal skills. 
• Self-motivated individual, with excellent confidence working with diverse partner groups. 
• Good understanding of RAN features and parameters. 
• Analytical skills. 
• Good communication and English Skills.
