We are seeking a recent graduate to join our team and have an opportunity to work as a Project Tools & Automations Engineer.  
 
This role involves responsibilities such as managing Project Tools & Automation and overseeing the Project Status Reporting Dashboard. 

What You Will Do 

  • Establish Intelligent Automation and AI Transformation vision and strategy in set scope to drive business value through automation & AI offerings. 
  • Lead engagements towards set stakeholders and organizations across MA/BA’s. 
  • Influence unit level priorities and roadmap to successfully manage the transformational aspects of Ericsson’s automation journey 
    drive overall Transformation agenda in the Intelligent Automation and AI space. 
  • Manage identification, assessment, and prioritization of opportunities through discovery assessments and align commitment with respective business unit sponsors. 
  • Collaborate within the team to bring the best possible automation and transformation solutions across Ericsson. 
  • Provide thought leadership and shape the knowledge base within Automation & Artificial Intelligence areas. 
  • Manage overall program steering in the unit(s), performance, benefit realization and long-term transformation agenda. 
  • Take active participation in new process implementation throughout its life cycle and then take process handover to run them locally. 
  • Monitor tools performance per processes and KPI requirements. 
  • Analyze tools performance data and act to correct deviations, initiating and coordinating the execution of improvement plans when required. 
  • Act as the main partner concern point within the center for tools definition or performance improvement requests. 
  • Responsible for developing reports per priorities provided by Ericsson Project Team. 
  • Responsible for providing tool and solution support to Project Status Reporting. 
  • Driving automation in Projects. 
  • Participate in governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keeping stakeholders (Internal/External) updated on Project Tool & Automation. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Bachelor's degree in - Computer Science or Computer Engineering. 
  • Functional Skills: Excellent analytical, design thinking and Change Management. 
  • Communication Skills: Solid communication and presentation skills and the ability to share knowledge. 
  • Passion for innovation and a solid grip of new and ‘groundbreaking’ technologies within Automation tools, Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence. 
  • An inspirational leader who has created and driven impactful teams in a high-tech environment. 
  • Business savvy, with exemplary social skills. 
  • Impact and results focused, comfortable in questioning the status-quo to drive positive high impact change. 
  • Highly adaptive and thriving in a constantly evolving environment. 
  • The ability to create and drive concepts as well as directives. 
  • Excellent Communication, Organization, Planning and Negotiation skills 
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to motivate others. 
  • Very good skills in oral and written communication. 
  • Self-starter with excellent problem solving and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to develop and give effective presentations at various levels.
