Service Sales - Customer Service - Fresh Graduate

The Programme

As a fresh graduate in our Service Sales role, you will engage with customers, identify and manage opportunities, and secure deals to contribute to KONE’s profitability.

What You Will Do

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture customer relationships within your assigned area. 
  • Promote KONE’s position within your customer base or market area. 
  • Generate and share leads and sales opportunities with the KONE sales team (e.g., cross-selling). 
  • Collaborate with the KONE team to ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints. 
  • Maintain and document customer contact information and data.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to achieve sales targets. 
  • Ensure order contents align with negotiation outcomes, including terms and conditions, quality, and safety. 
  • Keep comprehensive records of opportunities, tasks, and visits. 
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting. 
  • Support the finance team with payment collection.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. 
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Thai. 
  • Passion for sales and customer service. 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales function.
