What You Will Do

Key Account Management:

  • Manage High Key Accounts and High Potential sellers within subcategory, ensure they are growing in the same direction of the related category, build new/potential sellers to become bigger and stronger within category.
  • Drive sales, order and buyer growth of sellers in portfolio – including launching seller specific initiatives, identifying and actioning opportunities within sellers and portfolio.

Strategy, Data & Planning:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverable and presentations.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to drill down into certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis.
  • Support projects on data projection, data analysis, performance tracking, and to summarize data analysis requirements. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e., Business, Marketing, Economic, Data Science, Engineering etc.).
  • New graduated or less than a year of working experience.
  • Sharp critical thinking, strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Highly driven and motivated to drive impact and change, positive attitude and desire to learn and grow, strong ownership.
  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English languages.
