The Programme

We are excited to welcome a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources Management Trainee program, a dynamic 2-year initiative crafted to provide hands-on experience and rotational exposure across various departments within our Human Resources division.  
 
This program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of HR management, policies, practices, and operations within our company. 

What You Will Do

  • Engage in rotational assignments to gain comprehensive experience in different HR functions.  
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects related to human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.  
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to learn about HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.  
  • Observe and learn from experienced HR professionals to understand best practices, industry standards, and legal regulations.  
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.  
  • Learn about HR Systems and other tools used for data management and reporting.  
  • Support the HR team in various tasks and projects aimed at improving HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational culture.  
  • Follow all company regulations, HR policies, and compliance standards.  
  • Participate in HR audits, reviews, and initiatives under the guidance of senior HR staff. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Master’s degree in MBA/ HR Management / Organization Development, Management, Psychology, or a related field.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Fluent command of English, with additional language proficiency a plus.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.  
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.  
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in HR-related tasks and documentation.  
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.  
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.  
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.  
  • Passion for HR and a desire to pursue a career in human resources management.
