Customer Services Officer - Economics - SCG Packaging

What You Will Do

• Prepare related foreign sales documents and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure delivery of products on schedule. 
• Check the operation of various systems to display results correctly and report system errors, correct/coordinate correctly. 
• Prepare reports for analysis of various tasks, develop work systems or information systems to meet the needs of customers and agencies. 
• Provide advice and guidance to Customer Services Staff in managing orders and solving initial problems.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field (Bachelor GPA > 2.70)  
• Welcome new graduates. 
• Have good English language skills (TOEIC > 550) 
• Have knowledge of Order Management, Case Management. 
• Have knowledge of customer service systems, sales, marketing, and have good interpersonal skills. Be meticulous in your work. 
• Have good communication and negotiation skills. 
• Have leadership and teamwork skills.
