The Programme

Analysis & Solution Engineering - Drive failure analysis provides service support on drive analytical technique and failure analysis for both internal quality tests and customer returned failures.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for customer and internal quality drive failure. 
  • Responsibilities include monitoring product performance, identifying key product issues, providing technical support and guidance to team members and providing solutions for customer and internal issues. 
  • Develop new and/or modified Failure Analysis/data analytics technique/tools, control and maintain all lab instruments in a good condition. 
  • Communicate status of projects and progress to supervisor. 
  • Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge and understanding of basic oscilloscope and PCBA schematics. 
  • Experience in data analytics will be an advantage. 
  • Must have good analytical skills. 
  • Able to communicate in English.
