The Programme
Internship Highlights:
Financial Controlling of Strategic Procurement:
- Assist in analyzing financial data related to strategic procurement activities.
- Support the development of financial models and forecasts to optimize procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between procurement strategies and financial goals.
Process Flow Improvement:
- Identify areas of waste and non-productive activities within procurement processes.
- Propose and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address underlying issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Establishment and Update of Share Points and Framework:
- Create and maintain share points for documentation and knowledge sharing purposes.
- Update existing frameworks and guidelines to reflect changes in procurement processes or policies.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of information across all shared platforms.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools is a plus.
