What You Will Do\xa0

Provide technical information of Silicon Craft Product to potential customers appropriately by writing, verbal or VDO conference with supervisor or sale team.\xa0
Present highlight features compare to competitors in the market accurately.\xa0
Provide technical support for customer inquiry on any channel.\xa0
Compose technical documentation or presentation under supervision.
Categorize customer inquiry and escalate it based on supervisor instruction.\xa0
Able to execute a few assignments concurrently.\xa0
Closely Communicate with Sale team and design engineers to smooth the sale process in technical term.\xa0
Communicate with other team members or team leader in the same department properly.\xa0
Share feedback from customers to feedback product design in next iteration.\xa0
Able to learn new knowledge with guidelines from supervisor.\xa0
Able to execute continuous improvement in the team (Kaizen) based on instruction.\xa0

Required Skills and Abilities\xa0

Knowledge in electronics circuit and software development in any language is a must.\xa0
Enthusiasm in semiconductor industrial, IT industrial or software development\xa0
Good command of English language or TOEIC score 650\xa0
Be a Lifelong learner with a business mindset.\xa0
Good analytic skill with logical thinking\xa0
New graduates are welcomed.\xa0
Good at using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point or similar software.\xa0
Able to travel overseas.\xa0
Knowledge in Semiconductor device or electronics product manufacturing is a plus.\xa0
Knowledge of Electronics circuit design and PCB design is a plus.\xa0
Knowledge in Firmware development in C language and firmware debugging using oscilloscope with mainstream MCU e.g. ARM, PIC, AVR, 8051 etc. is a plus\xa0
Knowledge of PC software development in C# is a plus.\xa0
Knowledge of Mobile application development is a plus.
Knowledge of Cloud application development is a plus.\xa0
