eCommerce Marketplace Intern - Business - 2023 Rookie Program

What You Will Do 

The eCommerce Marketplace Rookie will be responsible for supporting the digital operations, strategies, and projects of Under Armour Marketplace.  
 
He/she will have the opportunity to embark on a 360° learning journey and become a part of the team behind the UA eCommerce division. 
 
Areas Of Learning & Responsibilities: 
 
DIGITAL OPERATIONS: 

• Site Content Management & Strategy. 
• Performance Marketing Analysis & Marketing Solutions. 
• Asset Coordination & Management. 
• Managing Digital Campaigns.
• Strategies For Online Marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada. 

ECOM PROJECTS: 

• Live-streaming Projects. 
• PR Outreach & Seeding.
• User Experience and Interface.  

CROSS-REGIONAL SUPPORT: 

• Performance & Data Analysis.
• Other collaborations assigned by the marketplace team. 

What Exposures Will You Gain by the End of the Internship?

• Exposure to the foundation of eCommerce operations in marketplaces. 
• Ability to understand and gain hands-on experience to support marketplace activations and campaigns.
• How to communicate across a diverse organization with many different cultures, geographies, and preferences. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Has a strong interest in eCommerce & Sports/Fitness (considering a future career in this industry). 
• A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven. 
• Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency. 
• Able to work with a team/independently where needed. 
• Willing to listen, include and respect the beliefs of teammates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel & PowerPoint.
