Job Title: Procurement Intern 
Report to: Assistant Procurement Manager, Logistics 
Duration: 6 Months (Start from Jan 2024 onwards) 
Work Location: H-House Rama 9

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. 
• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and potential new suppliers. 
• Analyze market conditions and provide insights to the procurement team. 
• Support the creation and processing of purchase orders. 
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate order specifications. 
• Assist in the management of procurement contracts. 
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and inventory management. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address procurement needs.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
