U-Fresh Customer Business Development - CBD

What You Will Do

U-Fresh is an 18-month in-depth function expertise program that includes 1-2 core rotations within the functions. 
 
U-Fresh Customer Business Development (CBD) aims to develop your leadership with a focus on sales and customer business development.  
 
By the end of this traineeship program, you will be expected to deliver brilliant execution plans, drive win-win relationships with the consumer, and have developed well-rounded capability – as a result of which you could become Assistant Manager in Customer Business Development squad in Thailand. 
 
Joining the program, you will have a chance to:

  • Work closely with retailers to plan and execute activities that would grow both Unilever and the retailer’s business. 
  • Build close working relationships with the owners of the biggest retailers in Thailand and execute plans that would secure gains in market share. 
  • Work closely with the exclusive distributors of Unilever throughout Thailand. You’ll be exposed to the different channels in the region and have a deeper understanding of how to distribute Unilever products based on demographics, geography, store size and type.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Fresh Graduate with up to 2 years of working experience. 
  • Completed Degree and up to Masters / MBA. 
  • Fluent in Local Thai language and good English. 
  • Hungry for growth, good communication skills.
