U-Fresh Finance

What You Will Do

U-Fresh is an 18-month in-depth function expertise program that includes 1-2 core rotations within the functions. 
 
U-Fresh Finance aims to develop your leadership and capability in finance such as finance business partnering, finance controlling and finance operation excellence.  
 
Joining the program, you will have a chance to be a part of:

• Finance Business Partners: embed best practice and enhance decision support skills to functions i.e., Customer Development and Marketing. 
• Accounting and Information: apply information management processes to create value for the business. 
• Expertise Services: work across everything from insurance and risk to investor relations and pensions.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh Graduate with up to 2 years of working experience. 
• Completed Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, and related fields and up to Masters / MBA. 
• Fluent in Local Thai language and good English. 
• Hungry for growth, good communication skills.
