Unilever Future Leaders Program is a program to develop tomorrow's leaders today, and it is designed to grow you into a manager, through hands-on learning with real responsibilities alongside world-class experts. 
 
The program includes rotations within functions in an accelerated learning environment. UFLP encompasses international stints, extended leadership contact, formal training & development, and a rigorous evaluation process. 
 
Customer Operations/ Supply Chain - those functions that directly support the internal customers. In the increase of technology integration, an efficient, engaging, and customer-centric operations capability can become a competitive differentiator and an essential fundamental to help grow the company’s reputation and bottom line.

Required Skills and Abilities

We are looking for people who have below qualifications and work systematically and digitalized using data analysis and technology to build the great customer experiences that enhance the business productivity and cost-efficiency, for anyone who interests and has passion in Customer Operations in FMCG industry with the key qualifications below.

  • Thai nationality. 
  • 0-3 years of work experience​. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering and or related field. 
  • Fluent in local Thai and proficient in English.
