The Programme

At Unilever, we invest in our future and constantly strive for improvement. We believe that our success not only stems from our purposeful brands, but also people. We are therefore not only committed to implementing a diversity of sustainable living plans and to innovating for the greater good, but also to the development of our future business leaders. Investing in the positive growth of our people is one of our highest priorities.

Unilever is one of the largest global fast-moving consumer Goods companies and manufactures some of the world’s best-known brands, such as Dove, Lipton, Magnum and Sunlight. Unilever has the impact it does because of its people.

Human Resource (HR) is considered a core rather than a support function, playing a role in shaping business strategy. A winning organization generates outstanding business performance through the development of people and teams. Human Resources is responsible for making sure we have highly skilled people across the organization and to empower individuals to contribute to our business objectives and achieve their own personal and career goals.

We need HR people who are mindful and responsive to contexts, audiences and individuals and are inspired to develop colleagues and the capabilities required for our winning business.

Within HR, you will help to create an environment where all the people in our huge and varied culture can develop themselves and the capabilities required for our winning business.
