New Grad Engineer - Process Engineering

What You Will Do

• Perform technical support activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in terms of productivity, quality, and cost for support HSA Operation.
• To release documents, add and change process instructions (MPI).
• Establish appropriate performance report.
• Perform manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, problem solving.
• Supervise technicians in responsibility to accomplish the job in the most effective way.
• Perform related work as assigned. 

Required Skills and Abilities

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical skills in area of study. 

SKILLS:

• Good in English communication and Computer operation.
• Skill in Presentation. 
• Skill in QC tool and Lean Management.
• Skill in Problem-solving and Decision-making.
• Skill in Innovations.
• Skill in Basic Project Management.
• Knowledge of HDD Process & Technology, HDD Quality Management, ESD & Contamination is optional.
